Pimento Cheese

8 ounces extra-sharp white cheddar cheese, grated

8 ounces extra-sharp yellow cheddar cheese, grated

7 ounce jar of pimentos, drained and diced

¾ cup of mayonnaise

¼ teaspoon of black pepper

¼ teaspoon of cayenne pepper

1 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce

In a large mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients together until well-blended. Transfer into a serving dish and wrap with plastic wrap and refrigerate for a minimum of two hours before serving.

Larry Tips: Serve with celery ribs or crackers. Do not under any circumstances buy pre-shredded cheddar cheese. Elevate your everyday grilled cheese sandwich by using pimento cheese. Use a scoop on top of a burger to titillate your taste buds.
