Icebox Cake

7 ounces of Honey Graham Crackers

2 boxes chocolate pudding mix (3.8 oz), prepared according to directions

(use whole milk), cover with plastic wrap and chill for 15 minutues.

1 handful of mini marshmallows

 

Lay ½ of crackers on the bottom of an 8 x 8 pan. Pour ½ the prepared pudding over the crackers. Add the remaining crackers on top of the pudding. Pour the remaining pudding over the crackers. Let set for a minute then sprinkle with the mini marshmallows. Place in the ice box (refrigerator) for a couple of hours to firm up. If you make it the day before you serve it, cover it with plastic wrap.

 

Larry’s tips:  You can use instant pudding for a no stove needed recipe. You can also add sliced bananas in the middle layer.
